About DIVO

Are you a model agency?
No, we're not. We provide and support DIVO Mobile App - place where you can meet model agency / other fashion professionals and search models / new faces.
How can I apply for modelling? How can I start?
Download DIVO Mobile App, create profile as "MODEL" or "NEW FACE".
Model or New Face profile?
To sign up as "Model", you should have Model Agency.
To sign up as "New face", you shouldn't have Model Agency.
Is DIVO only for models?
No, it is not. Sign up in DIVO if you are any participant of fashion business and look for new partners and career opportunities.

App Install, Sign In

I don't see updates for DIVO in App Store. How to get DIVO 2.0?
DIVO 2.0 is a completely new Mobile App. You need to go to App Store and get new DIVO App. Download it again, previous app will automatically disappear.
How to Sign in DIVO 2.0 if you already have an account in DIVO?
Sign in using your email and password that you fill in DIVO. If you don't remember email, please contact DIVO Support. If you don't remember password, please use "forgot password" button in Mobile App.
Is DIVO a free app?
Yes, it is.

Create, amend and delete account

How can I create account in DIVO?
Download DIVO form App Store or Google Play and create account following in-app instructions.
How can I amend account in DIVO?
Go to you profile in DIVO Mobile App, click "three dots" in right upper corner and select "edit account". After you make changes, click "Save", then go back to your Profile.
How can I delete my account?
Go to you profile in DIVO Mobile App, click "three dots" in right upper corner and select "delete account". Your account and all personal date will be deleted.
I created a wrong account (e.g. "Scout" instead of "New Face"). How can I change?
Unfortunately, you can't change your role once you created your account. Delete you account and create new one.

Tips and questions on portfolio

What photo should I set as avatar?
Set your head shot as your avatar. This enables model agencies to get the best first impression.
What photos should I upload?
Make sure you upload:
1. Head photos
2. Full body length photos
3. Studio photos (if you have)
4. Editorial photos (if you have)
5. Photos without make-up

What type of models are you looking for?
I’m curvy/petite/small model. Are you interested in profiles like mine?
Is it possible for me to become a model?
DIVO is not a model agency itself. We don't select models / new faces. We don't have any requirements / restrictions on quality of your portfolio. We support and provide DIVO Mobile app for everyone who is interested.
Can I join DIVO if I am from Switzerland, Italy, Australia or any other country?
Yes, you can. DIVO has no restrictions on your citizenship / residency.
